🔍 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across our IT products and services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, enterprise client exposure, and a proven ability to close high‑value deals.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services
🔹 Drive end‑to‑end sales activities from lead generation to closure
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and enterprise clients
🔹 Understand customer needs and propose effective IT solutions
🔹 Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
🔹 Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical, and delivery teams
🔹 Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets
🔹 Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
🔹 Monitor market trends and competitor activities
🎯 Key Requirements
✔️ 5–10 years of experience in IT sales / business development
✔️ Strong experience in IT products and IT services sales
✔️ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✔️ Experience handling B2B and enterprise clients
✔️ Good understanding of IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud, services)
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Self‑driven, result‑oriented, and customer‑focused
✔️ Willingness to travel as required
