Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our office located in Guntur. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include creating proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on market trends to provide valuable insights. You will serve as a key representative of DuHyre IT Solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving our market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development and Sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and communication to build and sustain partnerships
- Experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning, with knowledge of IT industry trends
- Project Leadership and Negotiation skills to develop and close client deals effectively
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving business goals
- Prior experience in IT services or solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
