🔹 Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, and leadership to position our innovative propulsion and aerospace solutions in the market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in aerospace and defence sectors (B2B & B2G)
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Support proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities
* Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1–2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in aerospace/defence
* Strong understanding of aerospace industry trends and ecosystem
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
* Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
