Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurgaon. The role entails identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand DPA's market presence. The individual will collaborate with the leadership team to establish goals, manage key accounts, lead negotiations, and participate in Client presentations. Generating thoughtful proposals and maintaining clear communication will be an integral part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
- 5-6 Years of Experience in BD (Architecture, Real Estate, or Design Industry)
