Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, strategic partnerships, client presentations, sales planning, and overseeing the entire sales cycle to meet organizational objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies and deliver excellence is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Client Presentation, and Business Planning
- Effective Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship-Building abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
- Strong organizational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in B2B business models and familiarity with the washroom automation or hospitality sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
