Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The individual in this role will create strategic plans to achieve business goals, lead negotiations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects. Providing insights into market trends, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations to potential clients are key responsibilities of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with market analysis, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in presenting and demonstrating solutions to diverse audiences
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Industry experience in hospitality, corporate, or industrial solutions is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
