Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting DIO’s range of digital dentistry solutions. This role will include meeting sales targets, developing strategies for market penetration, organizing product training sessions, and actively collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to address clients' requirements and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales and business development, particularly within the medical devices, dental, or healthcare sectors
- Strong skills in client relationship management and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for market expansion
- Experience with digital platforms, implant systems, or guided surgery solutions is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-based decision-making
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field; MBA or additional qualifications are a plus
Location: Delhi/ Chandigarh / Udaipur / Jaipur / Jammu / Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Experience: 3+ Years Experience in Dental Implants of Dental Equipment Sales.
Salary - Upto 7 Lac + Variable + Incentive
