Digivolve is hiring a Business Manager – AV Integration & Collaboration Solutions to lead and grow our enterprise collaboration solutions business.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in corporate AV and collaboration solutions who is excited about leading business vertical in a dynamic startup environment.

Role Overview:
Digivolve is looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow our Collaboration Solutions business vertical.
This role is ideal for someone with strong exposure to enterprise AV environments and Video Conferencing Solutions, who is excited about building a business in a dynamic startup environment.
The selected candidate will take complete ownership of the VC business, from business development to project coordination and customer relationship management.
Location: Gurugram/Delhi
Compensation: Competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development for Video Conferencing & Collaboration solutions
• Manage enterprise and corporate key accounts
• Develop opportunities for AV integration and unified collaboration environments
• Work closely with customers for solution development and project execution
• Coordinate with OEM partners, internal teams and clients for successful delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships and expand accounts
• In the coming phase, build and lead a dedicated team for this business vertical
Required Experience & Skills:
• 2–5 years experience in corporate sales of Video Conferencing / AV solutions
• Understanding of AV integration environments
• Knowledge of BYOD meeting rooms and Native VC platforms
• Exposure to enterprise collaboration ecosystems
• Strong key account management and relationship building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to lead things in startup environment
