Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities for domestic staffing and recruitment services.
- Acquire clients for:
- Permanent Hiring
- Contract Staffing
- C2H (Contract to Hire)
- Bulk Hiring
- Develop relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers across companies.
- Generate staffing requirements independently through calls, networking, LinkedIn, references, and market outreach.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team for delivery and closures.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercials and agreements.
- Maintain healthy client relationships for repeat business.
- Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and hiring targets.
Skills & Experience :
- Proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Sales.
- Strong understanding of:
- IT Hiring
- Non-IT Hiring
- Permanent staffing
- Contract staffing
- Existing client network preferred.
- Ability to independently generate and close business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Experience working in staffing or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong client-handling capability.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of Indian hiring market trends.
