Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand our enterprise client base. This is a full-time remote role focused on identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing business development strategies
- Identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Building long-term strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with internal technical and delivery teams to align business objectives with client requirements
- Representing the company in professional networking and business development activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategy and consultative selling
- Experience in lead generation, market research, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and deliver impactful presentations
- Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of SaaS, software services, telecom, or digital transformation solutions is preferred
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
