Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, generating leads, negotiating contracts, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with other teams to meet business objectives. The role also involves conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Prospecting, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning to identify and secure opportunities
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional client service with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Financial Acumen, and Market Analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
- Experience working in financial or investment services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and market research techniques is an advantage
