We are hiring for Business Development at SynVesCo Venture Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Gurugram

Mode: On-site

Experience: 4+ years

We are looking for someone with strong market understanding, commercial sharpness, and execution-driven energy to help us grow our agri commodity export-import business across international markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of agri commodity export-import markets, especially EU, US, and Middle East
• Track market trends, customer needs, pricing movements, and competitor activity
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
• Expand customer base and create new revenue opportunities for the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and business partners
• Support negotiations and drive long-term business engagement
• Communicate effectively in English through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations
• Present company offerings, market insights, and proposals with confidence
• Take ownership of leads, closures, and follow-ups
• Drive business growth with strong initiative and a result-oriented mindset

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of relevant business development experience
• Strong understanding of agri commodity trade and international markets
• Good commercial and relationship-building ability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Another language will be an added advantage
• High ownership, proactive attitude, and go-getter execution mindset
