Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and secure new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include devising business development strategies, preparing pitch presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. You will also monitor market trends, negotiate contracts, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of PR, media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing trends
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility to travel as needed
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the PR or media industry is an advantage
