Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited is expanding its business into the Industrial Biocides Division and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Biocide Expert to drive business growth across India.
We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong technical knowledge, business development expertise, and established industry connections to develop new markets and build long-term customer relationships.
📌 Position: Business Development Manager
💼 Experience: 8–12 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (MBA preferred)
🏭 Industry: Industrial Biocides, Paint Additives, Specialty Chemicals, or Preservatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets across India.
- Promote industrial biocides and preservative products, including CIT/MIT, MIT, BIT, OIT, Diuron, Carbendazim, Terbutryn, and customized preservative blends.
- Develop and manage key accounts, distributors, and OEM customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the R&D team for technical support, product recommendations, and customer trials.
- Negotiate commercial terms, ensure timely collections, and strengthen customer relationships.
Target Industries: Paints & Coatings, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Emulsions, Textiles, Paper, Detergents, and allied industries.
