Business Development – Space & Satellite PlatformsWe are hiring a Business Development professional to drive market expansion for our software platforms in the space and satellite ecosystem.
You will work closely with satellite manufacturers, operators, and decision-makers across global markets. This role requires strong product understanding, ownership of opportunities, and the ability to convert conversations into commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and independently articulate its value to customers
- Identify and engage satellite manufacturers, operators, and key ecosystem stakeholders
- Drive discussions from initial engagement through commercial closure and deployment
- Own opportunities end-to-end: outreach, meetings, proposals, and closure
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams on demos, positioning, and customer conversations
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and forums
What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or solution sales
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in global (especially US) markets
- Comfortable handling complex products and long sales cycles
- Proven ability to drive conversations toward commercial outcomes
- High ownership and accountability — ability to work independently and deliver results
- Familiarity with the space or satellite ecosystem is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
Role Details- Full-time | India (Remote)
- Preferred locations: Delhi NCR, Bangalore
- This role involves active engagement with customers in global markets, particularly the United States, and requires flexibility to align with US business hours.
- Compensation: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives, aligned with experience
- Structured progression post-probation with strong performance-based upside
