Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing growth strategies. Duties include managing the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development goals. This is a full-time role based on-site at our Mohali district location.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of market analysis, strategy development, and implementation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with IT services, e.g., web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
