We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client relationships, managing channel partners, and driving sales for our premium plotted development projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of real estate sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, site visits, channel partners, and networking.
- Handle client inquiries and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain proper sales records.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plot options.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking process, payment follow-up, and client support.
- Promote company projects through professional communication and market awareness.
- Identify new business opportunities and help expand the company’s sales network.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update management about progress.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and dealer/client interactions.
Required Skills
