DCS Technosis Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives, acquire domestic & international clients, and drive revenue growth in the IT Services industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
✔ Generate domestic & international IT business through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other online platforms.
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to maximize performance.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
✔ Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents.
✔ Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver the best solutions.
✔ Drive online bidding, client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.
✔ Monitor sales pipeline, CRM, KPIs, and revenue performance while ensuring business growth.

✔ Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BE, B.Com or equivalent).
MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.
⭐ Candidate Preference
Candidates based in Jaipur will be given preference. However, applications from candidates across India are also welcome. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Jaipur and work from the office if selected.
