We're looking for experience BDMs to drive growth in AV,LED & IT solutions.
Locations:
- Mumbai+ Madhya Pradesh
- Ahmedabad-Gujarat
- Pune- Rest of Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue targets for all three brands in assigned region
- Develop SI / channel partner network across Mumbai & MP
- Work with consultants and PMC firms for project specifications
- Identify large opportunities in Corporate, Government, Education & BFSI sectors
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations
- Coordinate with OEM teams for closures and technical alignment
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
- Lead business development efforts across Gujarat by strengthening channel network and driving project-based sales for AV and LED solutions.
- Drive growth across Pune and key Maharashtra cities through partner development and direct enterprise engagement.
Products:
- Unilumin – Active LED Solutions
- ATEN – KVM, AV, Power (PDU)
- Kramer – AV Switching & Control
Experience:
- 4–6 years in AV / IT / LED / Networking industry
- Experience in handling regional sales is preferred
Key Skills Required:
- Strong B2B / Project Sales experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good network with AV SI / IT partners
- Ability to handle OEM coordination
- Target-driven and self-motivated
