📌 Job Title: Business Development Manager – Field Sales
📍 Location: Maharashtra (Remote / Field)
🧑💼 Experience: 2–7 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹5.40 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Visit medical colleges & universities across Maharashtra to promote DBMCI programs
Generate leads through field visits, seminars & student interactions
Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned sales targets
Build strong relationships with students and college authorities
Ensure app downloads and enhance brand visibility in the region
🎯 Skills Required
Energetic field sales professional with strong communication skills
Experience in Field Sales / Education Sales / Pharma Sales / BDM roles
Target-driven, confident, and willing to travel extensively within Maharashtra
