Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The individual will develop proposals, conduct market research to identify trends, and formulate effective go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in negotiation, sales strategy, and deal-closing techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in using sales analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SaaS, AI, and/or marketing technology services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets and achieving business growth
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with global markets is highly desirable
