We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and contribute to the agency’s expansion.
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, pitching marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and a good understanding of marketing and branding services.
This role requires someone who can understand client requirements, present strategic solutions, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful project onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Pitch agency services including branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, PR, website development, and content solutions
- Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose customized marketing strategies
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and operations teams for project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
- Previous experience in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or digital services industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding services
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
