Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying leads, negotiating contracts, proposing business growth initiatives, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Strong skills in relationship building, client management, and negotiation
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing and advertising
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills to conduct market research, identify trends, and assess business performance
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
