Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Manager.
P𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀:
Generating new business opportunities and converting them into long-term customers.
K𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Identify and target high-potential companies
* Visit prospects and conduct in-person meetings
* Lead technical discussions with clients
* Present capability deck and solutions
* Drive closure of new business deals
* Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Skillset𝘀:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Understanding of market research, business planning, and analysis
- Experience in lead generation, networking, and professional communication
- Previous experience in the surgical sales, medical devices components is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲:
* 6–8 prospect meetings
* 4–6 customer visits
* Daily follow-ups
* Weekly pipeline tracking and reporting
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
* 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (surgical / hospital segment preferred)
* Strong technical understanding
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month + Incentives ( based on experience and skill set)
