Credo IT Solutions develops and provides SaaS software solutions for businesses across multiple industries. Our products include workflow management systems, project management software, clinic management software, CRM systems, HRMS, WhatsApp automation solutions, and industry-specific business applications.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can generate leads, conduct software demonstrations, manage client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Engage with decision-makers, business owners, directors, and management teams.
Product Demonstrations
- Schedule and conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand client pain points and present suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, ROI, and implementation process.
Sales & Conversion
- Follow up with prospects regularly.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with the Business Analyst and Customer Success teams after deal closure.
- Ensure smooth client handover and onboarding.
- Maintain customer satisfaction during the initial implementation phase.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Sales Reporting
- Update CRM with all lead activities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Track conversions, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior management.
- Ability to understand software products and explain them effectively.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in SaaS, Software Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, IT Services, or Technology Products preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
