Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Patna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue goals. Tasks include market research, lead generation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth strategies. The role also involves client support, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation experience
- Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategies
- Problem-Solving and Organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of the education and e-learning industry is a plus
