Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager for Male and Female based in Indore. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing growth strategies to meet company goals. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, contributing to sales and marketing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Management, and Sales Strategies
- Strong understanding of Telecommunication and Security products, and related solutions
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical skills for conducting Market Research and identifying business growth opportunities
- Proficiency in designing and presenting Proposals, along with strategic planning abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the telecom or security industry is an advantage
