Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a creative or digital agency environment and a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development within a creative/digital/advertising agency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
