Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the events, experiential marketing, advertising, or marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to generate business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, references, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and partners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and execution
- Pitch experiential marketing solutions, events, activations, and technology-driven services to clients
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and business plans
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities
- Work closely with the creative, operations, and technical teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client databases and business development reports
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Marketing, or Event Management
- Prior experience in an event agency, experiential marketing company, advertising agency, or marketing background is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of branding, activations, and event execution
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about client engagement
