Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and preparing and delivering professional sales presentations. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, driving revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in Banking, financial technology and payment or related domains.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting market research, identifying trends, and developing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the financial services or lending technology sector is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
