Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Kanpur. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth. The individual will also develop strategic business plans, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales Management, and Pipeline Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Building
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in or knowledge of industrial consumables or exhibition stall design is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
