Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-driven Business Development Manager who can generate business opportunities through field sales, institutional meetings, industrial visits, technical presentations, and strategic client engagement.
The candidate should have strong experience in B2B technical sales, industrial product sales, specialty coatings, chemicals, nanomaterials, or related technical products. The role requires a proactive professional capable of independently managing client acquisition, sales conversion, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and direct client interactions.
- Promote REINSTE’s nanotechnology products, specialty coatings, industrial coatings, and advanced material solutions.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Identify potential customers from:
- Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions
- Universities & Research Laboratories
- Manufacturing Industries
- Corporate Offices
- HVAC Companies
- EV & Automotive Companies
- Facility Management Companies
- Government & Private Organizations
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Convert inquiries into quotations, product trials, purchase orders, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal technical, R&D, accounts, logistics, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Build long-term relationships with purchase managers, technical teams, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for order closure and payment collection.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industrial events for business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
