Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. They will create strategies to expand the platform's user base, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver valuable offerings. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and building partnerships to enhance the platform's presence and success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Effective Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to devise and implement Sales and Growth Strategies
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Business Analytics Software (preferred)
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the online platforms or consultation services industry is a plus
