Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives within the Banking and Payments segment, focusing on wallets, cards, and other digital financial solutions.
- Lead and support pre-sales activities including solution positioning, proposal creation, client presentations, and end-to-end RFP management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and tailor solutions aligned with client requirements and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, fintech companies, telcos, and financial service providers across global markets.
- Conduct client demos, identify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with the evolving landscape of banking technology, digital payments, and regulatory frameworks.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in the Banking and Payments domain, including wallets, card management systems, and fintech platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in enterprise pre-sales, including solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Solid understanding of financial software products within payments, banking, and fintech ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end RFP processes and client engagement cycles.
- Experience in engaging with banks, fintechs, and/or telcos across global markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills (if Any)
- Experience working with a banking software vendor serving global financial institutions.
- Exposure to international markets and cross-border client engagements.
- Ability to translate complex financial technologies into business value propositions.
- Self-driven and adaptable mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
