Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, designing strategic business development plans, and negotiating contracts. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings, analyze market trends to identify growth areas, and represent the company in industry events or meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and opportunity identification
- Experience in strategic planning and contract negotiation
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage client relationships effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business development or a client-facing role, with a focus on mobility solutions or related industries
- An understanding of the transportation or mobility industry is a plus
