This role will drive the Business Development Manager function for our Executive Education vertical. You will counsel senior and mid-level working professionals who are exploring high-value executive and doctorate programs, guiding them with the right academic and career advice.
Job Description:
- Counsel professionals on executive programs offered by top Indian & international institutions.
- Engage telephonically with senior and mid-level professionals in a consultative manner to build interest and participation.
- Understand career challenges and advise candidates on how education can accelerate their growth.
- Achieve enrolment targets and earn industry-leading incentives.
- Manage leads end-to-end: from first interaction to closure with accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM.
- Follow operational processes and actively participate in training sessions.
- Contribute positively toward team goals.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to connect with 100–120 working professionals daily through calls.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in selling high-value programs / executive education / training & development.
- Excellent communication, listening, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong interest in the education sector and its future potential.
