Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Faridabad office. The primary responsibilities include identifying opportunities for new business development, building relationships with prospects, leading client engagement, and maintaining ongoing communication. The role will also involve managing client accounts, coordinating follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Account Management, ensuring seamless one-on-one client interaction and effective onboarding.
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to present and communicate ideas clearly.
- Background or understanding of Business concepts to support strategic planning and organizational growth.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a design, creative, or events industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
