Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uppal for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining market awareness to adapt to industry trends. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Identification
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create and execute effective sales strategies and meet targets
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the technology or cloud solutions industry is preferred
