Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, networking, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market ResearchExcellent relationship-building and networking skillsStrong negotiation and contract management abilitiesProficiency in strategic planning and sales presentationsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsPrevious experience in the IT Infrastructure domain is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
