Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and strategizing to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience in client relationship management and fostering partnerships
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning for business expansion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, such as marketing and product development
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Familiarity with learning technologies, AR/VR solutions, and digital innovation is an added advantage
