Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and establish new client relationships, develop growth strategies, and drive sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include market research, developing business proposals, building strategic partnerships, attending industry events, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Expertise in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Operations
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively
- Prior experience in the fire, safety, or related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field, with an MBA being preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
