Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage team performance across the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team

Achieve individual and team revenue targets

Develop and execute effective sales strategies

Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement

Handle key clients and high-potential leads

Train and mentor team members for improved performance

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports

Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (EdTech preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Proven track record of achieving targets

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
