Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Outs to lead sales and business expansion for our design and fit-out services. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue across interior fit-out projects for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial interiors, corporate offices, and workspace fit-out market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate consultants, architects, developers, corporate decision makers, and brokers
• Lead sales efforts including requirement gathering, proposal preparation, pitch presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, execution) to ensure smooth handover and project delivery
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast business growth consistently
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to inform proactive business initiatives
• Represent Casa Lumo in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums

Qualifications
Minimum:
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the commercial interior design, fit-out, or workplace solutions sector
• Proven track record of closing interior fit-out deals and managing B2B sales cycles
• Strong network within Hyderabad’s commercial real estate and corporate space ecosystem
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare compelling proposals and articulate strategic value to clients
Preferred:
• Experience selling to corporate clients, GCCs, MNCs, or large-scale enterprises
• Understanding of commercial interior workflows, cost estimation, and project delivery processes
• MBA or similar business/management qualification (advantageous)
