We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands that growth is not about pushing services — it’s about creating the right entry points and building meaningful client relationships.
This role is focused on identifying opportunities, opening conversations, and converting them into long-term business. You’ll operate at the front line of revenue, working closely with decision-makers and internal teams to drive outcomes.

What You’ll Own
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Drive outbound efforts — calls, emails, networking, and strategic outreach
- Lead client conversations, understand requirements, and position solutions clearly
- Convert leads into closures with a strong focus on revenue outcomes
- Build long-term relationships with clients and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Track pipeline, conversions, and key performance metrics consistently
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action
- Ability to handle objections, navigate ambiguity, and move conversations forward
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
