Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects. The candidate will also represent the company at events and industry conferences to expand the company’s reach and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Business Proposal Development
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM Software and tools; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
