Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Aligarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, nurturing relationships with educational institutions, developing marketing strategies, and achieving targeted revenue goals. The role will involve conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the Career Launcher brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development strategies
- Marketing and Strategic Planning skills, including an understanding of market research and analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership capabilities
- Prior experience in the education sector or similar industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site in Aligarh with a results-oriented approach
