CECA (Career Education Consultancy Australia) is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Gurugram team.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving partnerships, managing agent networks, and contributing to CECA’s mission of empowering students globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with agents, universities, colleges, and training providers
- Drive business growth through strategic outreach, agent engagement, and relationship-building
- Manage and expand the agent network across assigned regions
- Support students and agents with guidance on education opportunities, migration pathways, and visa processes
- Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, and institutional updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and application processing
- Track performance, conversions, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Represent CECA in seminars, workshops, and promotional events
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or international education industry
- Strong understanding of study abroad processes and student visa requirements
- Proven experience in handling agents and driving enrollments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results
