Role Description
The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and strategizing approaches to expand market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navsari.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management capabilities
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in capacitors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
