Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and building new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include market research, setting sales strategies, meeting potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role involves attending industry events and trade shows to build awareness and expand business relations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in market research and analyzing industry trends
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in building materials, interior design, or relevant industries is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment
