Cadspro Technologies is an authorized SOLIDWORKS reseller and partner with 10+ years in engineering software solutions. We help manufacturing and engineering companies adopt CAD/CAM tools that transform how they design and build.
About the role:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who understands the SOLIDWORKS ecosystem and can connect engineering teams with the right solutions. You will own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure - in the B2B engineering and manufacturing space.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CAD/CAM and engineering software market
- Present and position SOLIDWORKS solutions to manufacturing and engineering clients
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across the region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Conduct product demos and technical walkthroughs in coordination with the pre-sales team
- Track leads, pipeline, and activity using CRM tools.
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Hands-on familiarity with SOLIDWORKS or other CAD software (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience selling engineering software or solutions to manufacturing companies is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
